Catherine has been a physiotherapist for 24 years, working for several years overseas and in Melbourne before settling in Port Macquarie.
Catherine has worked in all areas of physiotherapy including musculoskeletal, hospital rehab, aged care, sports and occupational health. Catherine’s love of sports physiotherapy saw her working with rugby union teams, hockey teams, cycling, dance schools and the Australian Masters Hockey team which she is still involved with.
An area of particular interest to Catherine is clinical Pilates, a movement based rehabilitation treatment using Pilates equipment. Additionally, Catherine is a Level 4 Clinical Pilates practitioner in movement based classification.
When she is not at work Catherine has 2 energetic young children and loves keeping fit by cycling, playing hockey and hiking.
Scott has been working as a physio since 2012, honing his skills in the Emergency Departments of Liverpool, Sutherland and Shoalhaven hospitals. During this time he gained extensive experience treating both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Scott had continued to grow his musculoskeletal expertise with special interest in post re-hab, casting/plastering and treating back, hip and shoulder injuries.
His background in Health & Exercise Science fuels his interest in developing exercise programs post injury or surgery, and to support return to sport/work plans.
Kathy has been working as a physiotherapist since 1984. After she graduated she travelled extensively, working in North Queensland, United Kingdom and country hospitals. In 1990 she settled in Port Macquarie and established herself in private practice.

Kathy is constantly updating her skills. As well as manual therapy and sports physio, she’s trained in dry needling and kinesio taping. Additionally, Kathy is a Level 4 Clinical Pilates practitioner in movement based classification.
When she is not at work Kathy visits her 3 adult children and has a keen interest in travelling, hiking and playing golf.

Louis has many interests outside of work. He is a member of the Port Macquarie Sunrise Rotary Club and also enjoys pursuing his interest as a guitarist and electric bass player with other local musicians and bands.
